Placing an Order and Pricing We appreciate your interest in GIVE N SAVE and value your business. Please note that upon finalizing a purchase on our website, your order undergoes a processing period of 1-3 Business Days (Handling), followed by a shipping duration of 5-7 Business Days (Shipment) to the address you have provided.

Upon successful transaction for a product, GIVE N SAVE strives to process your order within 1-3 business days. We then aim to deliver your merchandise within a 7-15 day period. Please note that due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, our shipping operations could face potential delays, hence the 15-day timeframe for order handling and fulfillment.

Shipping Your Orders We currently extend our shipping services to the contiguous 48 United States.

All our orders are dispatched via Fedex/UPS/USPS Logistics. We will notify you via email once your order is prepared for shipping. If you haven’t received a notification email from our Customer Service team within 24 hours on weekdays, or 48 hours on the weekend, please check your email’s Spam folder. It is crucial to ensure that all your delivery information, including your delivery address and phone number, is accurate. If the information you have provided is incorrect or incomplete, we may need to reach out to you to update your delivery details, which could cause delays in your order’s delivery. Please be aware that additional delays may occur due to Covid-19 clearance procedures.

In case you are not available at the delivery address when delivery is attempted, our logistic partner will leave a notice card at your doorstep with details on how and where your delivery can be collected. If 3 days pass without you collecting your merchandise as indicated on the notice card, we reserve the right to cancel your order without refund considerations and return the product back to our warehouse.
